Hi, I’m Steve Potter, the owner of CT Estate Solutions. That’s me in Cape Cod, MA, with my best buddy, Mr. Briggs — a cheerful three‑year‑old English Cream Golden Retriever who thinks every day is the best day ever.

I started CT Estate Solutions to give homeowners, families, and professionals a simple, trustworthy, and stress‑free way to sell items, clear spaces, or handle estate‑related transitions.

Before launching this business, I owned Good Guys Hauling and Junk Removal, where I worked closely with people who were moving, downsizing, or managing a loved one’s home. Over the years, I saw the same pattern again and again:

People were overwhelmed.

They didn’t have the time, energy, or know‑how to sell items properly. And far too many valuable things were being thrown away simply because no one knew what to do with them.

That experience shaped everything I do today.
